I slept in today and it felt pretty good.
After I got up, I showered and cooked dinner. I cooked some of my "ground beef," it looks like protein pellets that we give to out cattle. It is definitely not as good as dads farm raised Holsteins. I also had baked potato and peas with some fruit cocktail. In the afternoon I worked on all sorts of little projects and talked to Amanda.
Then I had supper. Lets just say it was interesting. I had this lasagna, it was Chicken Tikka lasagna and fries. After supper, I worked on defrosting the freezer, considering the door would not close. Tonight, I talked to Amanda, mom, Roy, Tam and dad. I then decided I wanted a drink so I went to kitchen and found that the freezer was defrosting very well. In fact it was all over the floor. The towel that I put down was not enough to soak up all the water. So I spent 20 minutes drying the floor before I went to bed. Then I was finally able to go to bed.
Take care at home.
Rick
